An experienced facilitator, coach and trainer in communications, leadership & team development, Paul delivers training programmes and workshops for both corporate and not-for-profit organisations.
An award-winning practitioner, drawing on more than 15 years’ experience, Paul has worked with senior executives including: UK Government (Home Office, Health, Treasury), NHS, Boeing, Marks & Spencer, and the UK Atomic Energy Authority.
Paul is certified to deliver individual and team HBDI™ and DiSC™ profiles and Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team® in addition to communications coaching and training at a senior level, covering leadership effectiveness, presentation training and media interviews.
A specialist in crisis and strategic communications, Paul has developed programmes for a number of regional and international organisations. He is a regular guest lecturer at Beckett University, sits on the Board of Trustees for a welfare charity and is a Listening Volunteer for the Samaritans.
A sought after trainer, coach and keynote speaker, Justin delivers interactive workshops globally for corporate and not-for-profit organisations. This includes team development, leadership and communications training for HEC Paris (Europe’s best business school, FT), Invesco and VMware.
Along with Justin’s experience in the C-suite, he is qualified to deliver HBDI™ and EverythingDiSC® profiles and Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team®, which deliver insights to individuals and groups.
He has also worked as Principal Consultant for a strategy design agency in Silicon Valley (that has taught at Facebook, Google, and Twitter); and collaborated on significant published research, including New York Times Best Seller “Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less” with his brother, Greg.
Winner of more than 20 industry awards since gaining a first class BA (Hons) degree, Justin sits on the Advisory Panel of Leeds Business School, guest lectures at Beckett University, works as an Associate of the University of Huddersfield and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (FCIPR).
